Tipper bodies are classified:
- 1. depending of the way of tipping to:

- • Threelateral (back-rear)

Small tipper bodies
Small tipper bodies are installed on the vehicles having the gross weight of 3,5 to 6,5t and wheel base of 3.550mm.Useful capacity is in the range of 2,1m3 to 3,0m3.Their weight is in the range from 580kg to 720kg.Subframe is made of the steel profiles, in a colour RAL 7021 (powder).Body is made of steel, with the sheet floor, thickness 3mm and drop sides of the height of 400mm made of the cold-rolled steel sheets, thickness 2mm,in a colour RAL 9007 (powder) and, as the option, customer can get aluminium drop sides. Rear board is with the device for automatic and manual opening. Standard equipment includes: cab protection, tool box, PVC mudguards and protective grill for the rear lights. Small tippers are always trilateral and, therefore, cylindar is placed under the body. Painting on customer’s request is an option. It can be driven electrically or mechanically. Tipping power is the same and electric system is simplier and cheaper.
Medium tipper bodies
Medium tippers (so called: road tippers) are installed on the vehicles having the gross weight of 7,5t to 26t (4×2; 4×4; 6×2; 6×4), with the shorter wheelbases. Useful capacity is in the range from 4m3 to 11m3.Subframe is made of the steel profiles painted in a colour of the vehicle’s chassis. It’s about steel body, with the floor of the steel sheet,thickness:4-5mm and steel side boards of the steel sheet,thickness:2,5mm,with the possibility to be opened up & down. Side boards, depending of the length, can be of one/two parts. At the rear board there is device for automatic and manual opening. Body is painted in a colour on customer’s request. Standard equipment includes: cab protection, tool box, PVC mudguards. This kind of body is mainly used for transport the light materials (sand, soil…) and it is to be used for 20 tipping operation, daily.
Big tipper bodies
Big tipper is unilateral, rear tipper, used for transport the sand, gravel, asphalt, soil and similar material and it is to be used for 50 tipping operations, daily. Subframe is made of the steel profiles, painted in a same colour as the chassis of the vehicle. Square body is made of steel, with the floor made of the high abrasive steel sheet, of the high tensile strength and hardness HB 450 (HARDOX 450), thickness: 8mm and side boards made of the high abrasive steel sheet of the high tensile strength and hardness, HB 400 (HARDOX 400), thickness: 5mm. At the rear board, there is equipment for automatic and manual opening. Body is painted in a colour on customer’s request. Lower longitudinal edges of the body are, at the inner side ,are covered with the longitudinal steel band, at the angle of 45o and in that way, the angle of 90o,which isn’t suitable for uloading the cargo is lost.

At the rear side, there is device for automatic and manual opening. Body is painted in a colour on custoner’s request.
