Bodies, so called “BREAD BODIES” are intended to be used for transport the bread, in the baskets, placed in a shelves. Construction of the light insulated bodies is made of the insulated panels made in a sandwich version, with insulation core of the hard “Styrofoam” and outer plastic laminate skins, “PECOLIT”. In such way produced insulation panels appeared as the best ones in comparison with the others which are used in production of the cooling bodies and the best way to convince yourself in a quality of the same is during the exploitation the “EMA” bodies. Type of “EMA” body classified in this category is EP 35/21H. At these bodies, floor is made of the waterproof plywood. Interior of the “BREAD BODY” is equipped with shelves with the baskets for bread, made of the aluminium boxes and aluminium “L” profiles.
Standard equipment of the “BREAD BODY” consists of:
- – Side doors at the entire right side and their number depends of the body length, with the metal accessories of the stainless steel,
- – Marking lights and logo of the type of the body and manufacturer,
- – Internal lightning with cab control,
- – Two air vents for air circulation, at the front and rear wall,
- – Water drain pipes over the door,
- – Marking lights and logo of the body type and manufacturer,
Options of the insulated bodies are following:
- – Three-speed fan for artificial ventilation,
- – Rear door,
- – Toolbox,
- – PVC mudguards with the steel zinc plated brackets, with flaps,
- – Foldable side under-run protection, made of aluminium square profiles with the steel zinc-plated brackets,
- – Body colour: on request,
- – Inscription on the side walls,
- – Roof spoiler on the cab of the vehicle,
- – etc…
Connection between insulated body and chassis of the vehicle is realized through the subframe made of the steel profiles, hot zinc-plated Dimensions of the body are adapted to the technical characteristics of the vehicle.
