Body with the tarpaulin “ETS”
– Loading boxes with hoopstricks and tarpaulin used for transport the various kinds of the goods,free of any ambient influence;They are produced of the light aluminium panels and components,according to the following specification:
– Roof construction is made of the four lines of the galvanized steel pipes,fitted on the roof brackets,
– Front wall is made of aluminium panels, 400mm height to the full height of the body,
– -Floor is made of the waterproof plywood which height depends of the transported kind of the load.
– Side aluminium boards:having one,two or three parts,
– Rear part of the body:aluminium drop side,
– Pillars KINENGRIP,central pillars,demountable,
– Aluminium side planks,
– Customs cord rings and customs cord,
– Tarpaulin made of “SATLER” fabric (670g/m3),in a colour on customer’s request,without inscription,
– Side and rear bumpers against the fork lift,at the loading/unloading,
– Connection between chassis of the vehicle and body is realized through the sub-frame made of the steel profiles,hot zinc- platade
– Standard external equipment consists of:marking lights,footboard or ladder for access to the body and logo of the body type and manufacturer.

Dimensions of the loading boxes are adapted to the technical characteristics of the vehicles and, on customer’s request, we install hydraulic lifting platforms “CARGOLIFT”, of the different lifting capacities, with the possibility to be used as the rear door.
Warranty period for complete body is 24 months.

-Roof construction is made of five lines of the aluminium pipes, with the diameter of 60mm,fixed on the galvanized roof supports,
– Front wall is made of the aluminium panels,height of 400mm,
– Floor is made of the multilayer plywood,which thickness depends of the transported load,
– Side aluminium boards: having one part,height 400mm,
– Rear side of the loading box: drop aluminium sides, height 400mm,
– Front and rear pillars demountable, made of steel profiles in a height of the front panel, extension of the pillars is made of the zinc-plated tubes,3x50x30mm, screwed to the base,
– Aluminium side planks,
– Customs cord rings and customs cord,
– Tarpaulin of “SATLER” fabric (670g/m3),in a colour on customer’s request, without inscription,
– Side and rear bumpers against fork-lifts at the loading/unloading,
– Connection between chassis of the vehicle and body is realized through the subframe made of the modular aluminium profiles joined together with PalCom connecting elements with zinc-plated “U” profiles, 3 mm thickness,
– Standard outer equipment consists of:marking lights,footboard or ladder for access to the body and logo of the type of the body and manufacturer.
