The main purpose of use of these types of the frigo bodies is transport of the fresh and frozen food-with floor/pallet loading.Construction of the insulated body is made of the ecologic insulation panels,in sandwich execution,having the insulation core of the hard “Styrofoam”and laminate plastic skins, “PECOLIT”.In such way produced panels showed as the best in comparison with the others which are used in production of the insulated bodies.The best way to convince yourself of that is through the exploitation of “EMA” bodies.
They are produced in a three basic versions:
- 1. For transport at the temperature regime from 0 to -20°C, type: NDG EP 84/64/10
- Thickness of the panels:

- 2. For transport at the temperature regime from +8 to 0°C, type: NDG EP 64/44/87
- Debljina panela:
- Pod 87 mm
- Side boards: 44 mm

- 3. For transport at the temperature regime over +8C, type: NDG EP 44/44/67
- Thickness of the panels:
- Floor 87 mm
- Side boards: 44 mm
- Others: 64 mm
Floor is made of sandwich panels, additionally reinforced with waterproof plywood, covered at the upper surface with the two-component layer of “Maroothan”certified for food transport.
Cofficient of the insulation core: K=0,27 to 0,70k/m2k.
All outer and inner joints are additionally reinforced with aluminium “L” profiles.
Standard equipment of the insulated bodies, “FRIGO BODIES” consists of:
- – Double rear door with metal accessories of the stainless steel,
- – Drain water pipes over the door,
- – ZRear bumper against forklifts,
- – Footboards and handles for access to the body,
- – Marking lights and logo of the type of the body and manufacturer,
- – Internal lightning with two roof recessed lamps, with cab control.
Options of the insulated bodies are following:
- – Side door,
- – Aluminium antisliding floor,
- – Vertical or horizontal load distributors, with brackets,
- – Toolbox,
- – PVC mudguards with steel, zinc-plated brackets with flaps,
- – Foldable side under-run protection, of the aluminium square profiles with steel, zinc-plated brackets,
- – Pre-assemblied for fitting the cargo lift,
- – Body in a requested colour,
- – Inscription at the side walls,
- – Roof spoiler at the vehicle’s cab,

Outer surfaces are painted in a white colour. Connection between insulated body and chassis is realized through the sub-frame made of the steel profiles,hot zinc-plated. At the frigo bodies, depending of the purpose of use and customer’s request, we install adequate cooling units of the world famous manufacturers (CARRIER, THERMO KING, EUROFRIGO, KONVEKTA) which are in conformity with the ATP -European regulation for the corresponding class “A”, “B” or “C” (depending of the requested temperature),with environmental cooling gas, in conformity with the International Laws. Dimensions of the cooling units are adapted to the technical characteristics of the vehicles. Also, on customer’s request, we install hydraulic lifting platforms, so called “HYDROLIFT” as well as the other equipment.
