SERVICE SANDBLASTING- CORROSION PROTECTION

Sandblasting is a process of preparation and cleaning of different kind of surfaces (old ones and new ones) before the basic and finish painting. Coming from the fact that there is no possibility of stability of painted surfaces without previous good cleaning and degreasing surfaces which will be painted, it can be done with quality in two ways, by sandblasting and by chemical process of degreasing. We have chosen better preparation technology which is achieved by sandblasting process. Our sandblasting plant is completely made by EURO 5standards, it is done by steel balls and swarfs, and in that way high quality of cleaned surfaces and great roughness is achieved, and they are most important precondition for long-term gripping of colour for the painted surface. Sandblasting plant satisfy all requests regarding ecology, protection on work, and other legal regulations. Sandblasting is done on a new products, and also on a used products. Plant capacity is 60m/2 per hour. Outline plants inside dimensions are 18m x 5m x 5m (H) and capacity of the wagon for parts is 2 x 10 tons, which means that we can sandblast parts up to 18m long, 4m width and 4m height, weight to 20t. Ideal conditions in metal protection from corrosion, are quality guarantee of work that is done.
