Insulated bodies for transport of frozen goods - "ICE-CREAM BODIES"

Insulated body for transport the ice-cream and frozen products, so called "ICE-CREAM BODY" is intended for maintenance the temperature regime of -33C;It is made of thermoinsulated panels, thickness: 130mm, with isothermal coefficient: K=0,18-0,20 W/m2K.

Side doors:
Number of the side doors depends of the needs and dimensions of the body. The most common dimensions are 650x1.250mm, completely with the frame. Doors are equipped with double rubber vacuum seals.

Rear panel:
it can be with or without rear doors.

Internal equipment:
Thermometer is positioned at the wall of the body, central locking of the door, internal lightning.

External equipment:
marking lights 2+2; side marking lights, rear single bumper, plastic mudguards for the rear axle with the flaps, side platform for approach to the body and side under-run protection, rubber bumpers at the rear.

External painting:
Finishing painting in a white colour.

Sub-frame:
made of steel profiles, hot zinc-plated.

Refrigeration:
requested temperature is reached with eutectic plates (accumulation of the cold),fixed on the roof and front wall of the body.

Cooling unit:
out of the body, fixed to the sub-frame, compressor with the plug, 380V/50Hz.

Refrigerant:
R 507 ecologic gas CFC, environmental friendly, application without time restriction, in compliance with International Laws.
